A client that came in reported broken sleep 3 days in a row after having HEG. Does any know of any similar experiences where HEG can or has caused potential sleep disruptions? The client is female in her mid 30s and did engage in exercise (Zumba) the same day and the Easter holiday was expected on Sunday of last week.
